Meet Jimmy

Hey there and a huge WELCOME!

My name is Jimmy and I'm a caravanning enthusiast!  I love everything to do with travelling this beautiful Country.

 

My wife Tanya and I sold up everything during 2021.  We packed all our furniture into a container and travelled Australia full time for nearly 2 years.  It was an amazing experience, but my biggest disappointment was seeing fellow travellers having issues on the road.  This is the reason I have put together this in depth video series.  I wanted to provide travellers with some easy to access tools so they can be better prepared to embark on a fun exciting purchase of their new/second hand van, or have a better understanding of their current caravan. 

Until I started travelling in 2021, I was an electrician for over 10 years and spent many years working for a professional, world leading company building high end mining equipment in Toowoomba, Queensland.  During my time working there I gained a very good understanding of assembly, production and Quality Assurance testing.  Now after travelling and looking at many different vans I can see there is a huge disconnect with some van manufacturers when it comes to Quality Assurance, Testing of completed products and customer service.

So after adding and upgrading different products and parts to our van, and also helping others with the same, I  decided to put this easy to watch video series together to help you....

- Better identify a quality Caravan.

- Better understanding of the electrical systems in your Van & vehicle.

- Have a in depth understanding of how your caravan works so you can eliminate issues before they occur or understand how to repair or address yourself.

-Be safer, better prepared, and have more confidence with your vehicle & caravan.
